Maruti Brezza CNG bookings commence
Maruti Suzuki has commenced the bookings for the Brezza CNG. You can typesetting the vehicle with a token value of Rs. 25,000/-. It was showcased at the 2023 Auto Expo.
Deliveries of the CNG powered vehicle are expected to uncork in the next couple of months. The Brezza is quite a popular vehicle in the market, one of the top selling cars every month. With the wing of CNG option, there will be increasingly takers.
The CNG option will be offered with four trims – LXI, VXI, ZXI and ZXI . Surprisingly, this will be the first factory fitted CNG vehicle that’ll be misogynist with an will-less transmission. So the new Brezza CNG will come with both 5-speed transmission and 6-speed will-less transmission options.
It will be powered by the same K15C 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine. In the CNG mode it will produce lower output of 88 HP and 122 Nm of torque. While in the petrol power mode this engine produces 100 HP and 136 Nm of torque.
While the specs have not yet been revealed, we believe the Brezza CNG will return a fuel efficiency of 27 km/kg. It is likely to be virtually Rs. 75,000/- increasingly expensive than its petrol counterpart.
